Lt. Robert Wells, Officer Tom Mori, and Officer Michael Gallo, will provide instruction in the self defense program  R.A.D. R.A.D., Rape Aggression, Defense, is a "system of defense for women with carefully selected defensive tactics, and helpful guidelines for continued personal growth."The goal of this program is to empower women through self defense based on four components: education, dependency on self, responsible decision making, and self realization of physical power.Instruction is cumulative and the last class is a hands on simulation of the various defensive techniques learned in the previous classes.  Attendance is important to receive the maximum benefit of the program.Must fill out the form on the link below and bring to the first night of class.Sponsored by the Kingston Police Dept.

This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Taught in a hands on fashion in a non-judgmental,non competitive setting.  This class is a great class for any type of student whether you have been taking yoga for a long time, and are just looking to brush up on your skills or you are new to this journey, and never taken Yoga before.  You will be taught many ways to practice each posture, so you can be comfortable in your body.  The method of teaching involves an explanation of the muscles, tendons,ligaments and joints.  The instructor will guide you through an opening breath sequence for focus and stability, followed by a series of gentle postures.We close the class with a wonderful final guided relaxation.  The instructor, Dawn has taught since 1986 and works with all age groups.

This NFL Flag Football program is Just For the Fun of it....Space is limited - register today! Registration will be open until March 23rd. This is due to planning purposes; creating teams, assigning times and ordering team shirts. You can still register and will be placed on a wait list after March 23rd, and there will be a $25 late fee charged as we will need to then place a later team shirt order from the NFL.Your child can participate in this fun program sponsored in part by the NFL league. One hour games will be held once a week on Sunday's at Reed Community Fields. Registration fee includes an NFL flag football jersey, and belt, which will be used as their uniform.  Mouth guards are required.You must register and make payment on our website.  You will also need to register on the NFL site.  The link to the site is listed below.   If you do not register on the NFL page you are not completely registered and your child will not be added to a team. This NFL Player waiver is required.

This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Taught in a hands on fashion in a non-judgmental,non competitive setting.  This class is a great class for any type of student whether you have been taking yoga for a long time, and are just looking to brush up on your skills or you are new to this journey, and never taken Yoga before.  You will be taught many ways to practice each posture, so you can be comfortable in your body.  The method of teaching involves an explanation of the muscles, tendons,ligaments and joints.  The instructor will guide you through an opening breath sequence for focus and stability, followed by a series of gentle postures.We close the class with a wonderful final guided relaxation.  The instructor, Dawn has taught since 1986 and works with all age groups.
