Fee Schedule
Reed Community Building Fee Schedule:
There are no fees for Kingston Not-For/Non-Profit Organizations during normal business hours, however the reservation process through the system still needs to take place.
$50 Refundable Deposit is due at the time of reservation processing. 
Final fee balance must be paid prior to the date of the event.
Kingston Residents:

During the week $40/hr     
Weekends (Sat. & Sun.)   min. of 4 hrs @ $100/hr.
Kingston Non-Profit and Kingston Not-For-Profit Organizations:
Weekends (Sat. & Sun.)  up to $18/hr.                                        
During the week after regularly scheduled hours is $18/hr                       
All Other Organizations and Private Functions: 
Weekends (Sat. & Sun.)   min. of 4 hrs @ $100/hr.                                                            
During the week after regularly scheduled hours is $60/hr
