9:00 AM - 10:00 AM    Yoga/Balancepoint Gentle - Yoga-Balancepoint Gentle
This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Taught in a hands on fashion in a non-judgmental,non competitive setting.  This class is a great class for any type of student whether you have been taking yoga for a long time, and are just looking to brush up on your skills or you are new to this journey, and never taken Yoga before.  You will be taught many ways to practice each posture, so you can be comfortable in your body.  The method of teaching involves an explanation of the muscles, tendons,ligaments and joints.  The instructor will guide you through an opening breath sequence for focus and stability, followed by a series of gentle postures.We close the class with a wonderful final guided relaxation.  The instructor, Dawn has taught since 1986 and works with all age groups.

This season we have incorporated some of your kids great summer staff as Coaches & Coordinators - Will Cauchon, Kirstyn Tanous, Andrew Burke, and Caden Delnickas to name a few.This Backyard Style Flag Football program is "For the Fun of It" Space is limited - register today! Registration will be open until March 30th. This is due to planning purposes; creating teams, assigning times and ordering team shirts from the NFL Flag Football site. However, if you miss the March 30th cut off you can still register until April 10th, and there will be a $25 late fee charged as we will need to place an additional team shirt order from the NFL.The goals of this program are to provide a fun and safe environment, and to have the kids learn to enjoy "backyard style football" with their friends, while also making new friends!. There will be a 20 minute Team practice before each game. Kids will get to know each other and learn some skills and rules of football, showing them to how to throw or catch, as well as running FUN drills .  Then a 40 minute game (two twenty minute halves), will take place.  This program will be held once a week on Sunday's at Grays Beach. Registration fee includes an NFL flag football jersey, and belt, which will be used as their uniform.  Mouth guards are required.

Come join the fun and dance with Miss Tracey!Each class includes ballet, tap, and jazz.  Classes are held once a week and are one hour long, on either Monday or Wednesday.This program is a year long program with a recital held at the end.  There is a registration fee $10.00-residents, $15.00 non residents.  Everyone must pay the registration fee in order for Tracey to coordinate their day and class time.The fee for the year is paid in two installments. This fee does include costumes.Residents-$400.00Non-residents-$450.00Classes begin the week of Sept. 9th

This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Taught in a hands on fashion in a non-judgmental,non competitive setting.  This class is a great class for any type of student whether you have been taking yoga for a long time, and are just looking to brush up on your skills or you are new to this journey, and never taken Yoga before.  You will be taught many ways to practice each posture, so you can be comfortable in your body.  The method of teaching involves an explanation of the muscles, tendons,ligaments and joints.  The instructor will guide you through an opening breath sequence for focus and stability, followed by a series of gentle postures.We close the class with a wonderful final guided relaxation.  The instructor, Dawn has taught since 1986 and works with all age groups.
