Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A guided flow for all levels with a combination of postures to warm, stretch, and strengthen our bodies.  You will also learn breathing techniques to help restore mind body balance.
Please bring, mat and water.

Must register Prior to start of class.

Two options -Register for all 6 weeks or you can choose a drop in day during the 6 weeks. Each drop in is 15.00 for residents & 20.00 for non-resident.
