Kundalini is known as the "Yoga of Awareness". During this practice we will become more awakened to a renewed sense of balance.
Please bring a mat, water, blocks, blanket, and pillow.
Ages 14 & up
Pre-registration is required.
Two options -Register for all 8 weeks or you can choose a drop in day during the 8 weeks. Each drop in is 15.00 for residents & 20.00 for non-resident.
