Yoga - Yin Yang

We will start off with Yang 15-20 minutes, which is a slow guided practice of warming up your bodies, breathing, and Suna. The Yin portion will concentrate on our ligaments, tendons, joints, and tissue. You will experience release relation to recharge your mind, body and soul connection.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat, pillow, blanket, blocks, and water.
This program is for all levels and ages 18 & up.
Pre-registration is required.
Two options -Register for all 8 weeks or you can choose a drop in day during the 8 weeks. Each drop in is 15.00 for residents & 20.00 for non-resident.
