Are you frequently tight and stiff in your muscles? Suffer from fatigue and soreness, or just want to increase your athletic potential?
Fascia is the connective tissue that holds our body's framework together. When it becomes stiff it triggers pain in other parts of the body which is the result of dehydrated and thirsty fascia.
Fascia Blast will help you identify tender trigger points and slowly melt into positions that will send new blood and fluids to quench your fascia allowing for better full body mobility.
The class is set to fun upbeat music and is for all levels. The instructor will guide you through breathing and series of postures using props to a fun and motivating soundtrack.
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block, strap or old tie, and any padded foam roller or squishy balls, (tennis balls) for release.

Instructor: Nancy Barrett-Yoga, Zumba, Barre and spinning instructor at the Kingsbury Club, and local South Shore clubs with over 20 years teaching experience.
