A low impact, full body toning and muscle sculpting workout, using traditional ballet positions and exercise.  Work your entire core, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves.  Achieve strong, lean, tone muscles.  A great class for all fitness levels. Guaranteed to slim hips, tighten thighs, and lift backsides!
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water. One 1-2  hand weight optional if interested in incorporating bicep
tricep, and deltoid work.
