KREC Extreme - For The Fun Of It
Does your 7th, 8th, or 9th grader wish they were able to participate in a summer program that is fun and exciting with all of their friends.. and better yet.. do you as a parent/guardian wish that was available??
KREC Extreme is the alternative, this age group has been looking for! KREC Extreme is designed specifically for this age group to encourage them to be outside , active and engaged all summer.
They will learn about becoming a great team player and community leader. Including what makes a great summer counselor, participating in community service activities (which can count towards their high school required community service hours), all while still being with their friends, active and outside.
Each session will consist of an "extreme" field trip, along with smaller field trips, activities, opportunities to give back to the community with community service trips.

By registering your child for this program you are also giving them permission to walk to local locations with their Leaders for various activities, such as the Opachinski Complex, Senior Center, etc.
Time: 9am – 12pm; Monday - Friday. Each session is 2 weeks. Some field trips may require extended days!
