This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced. Taught in a hands on fashion in a non-judgmental,non competitive setting. This class is a great class for any type of student whether you have been taking yoga for a long time, and are just looking to brush up on your skills or you are new to this journey, and never taken Yoga before. You will be taught many ways to practice each posture, so you can be comfortable in your body. The method of teaching involves an explanation of the muscles, tendons,ligaments and joints. The instructor will guide you through an opening breath sequence for focus and stability, followed by a series of gentle postures.
We close the class with a wonderful final guided relaxation.
The instructor, Dawn has taught since 1986 and works with all age groups.
