Technology Club
Children can explore the world of technology through Minecraft, robotics, computers, iPads, 3Dprinting, laser cutting, and video games.  The hands-on activities foster creativity, problem solving, and teamwork while providing a fun and engaging environment, letting your child unleash their potential in a world of STEAM exploration. 

When registering for this program you are also giving Kingston Intermediate School permission for your child to be released at dismissal time to the instructor for the program.

If this program needs to be cancelled on the same day of the program you will receive an e-mail blast and a text blast from us - and 'Your child will be sent home according to their default plan unless you notify the school of a different plan change."   

Please make sure you are signed up for these notification options on your Kingston Recreation account. 

Specifications
  • Instructor: Shawn Avery; Kingston Intermediate School Teacher
  • 4 week program
  • Sibling Discount offered by Instructor: Sibling fee $30. You will see the discount when you get to the payment screen.
  • Location: Kingston Intermediate School Technology Classroom (Room 108)
  • Students may come down to the Technology Classroom (Room 108) right after school, but must have provided a permission slip to the KIS office prior to the start of the program.
