Summer Playground Program, Second Session
The goal of the Summer Playground Program is to provide your child with an opportunity to make new friends, have fun with old friends, learn new activities and just play... For the Fun Of It.
Playground participants will enjoy outside and inside activities, good old Board Games, activities in the Art Studio, fun energetic entertainers, and some special theme days.... such as Tie Dye day, and Olympic Days.
A family information sheet will be e-mailed to all families prior to the start of the program.
The information below lists the dates, times and fees for this year's Summer Playground Program. You must register separately for each session.
Registration extended until June 28th (or until the program is full - whichever comes first).
The Summer Playground Program runs July 8th - August 16th. There will be three 2 week sessions offered during that time frame.

Session 1 (July 8th - July 19th)
July 10th - Entertainer: T-Massman
July 11th - Tie-Dye Day
July 12th - Counselor for a Day
July 16th - Animal Farm Visit ( Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd only)
July 18th - Talent Show dress rehearsal
July 19th - Talent Show 9:30-11am (Family/ friends are more than welcome to attend!!!)
Session 2 (July 22nd - August 2nd)
July 23rd - Alley Kat Bowling (3rd & 4th only)
July 24th - Temple Run activity
July 30th - Water Wizz (6th graders only) arrive back at 1; Extended Day
July 31st - Water Fun Day
August 1st - Counselor for a Day
Session 3 (August 5th - August 16th)
August 6th - Entertainer: Frisbee Dogs
August 7th - Mystery Activity
August 8th - Starland (5th & 6th only) arrive back at 1; Extended Day
August 9th, 12th, 13th - Olympics Events
August 16th - Last Blast!!! (Campers who did not attend 3rd session are welcome if they are accompanied by a parent)
- This program is for KINGSTON RESIDENTS only.
- Sibling discount per session.
- Children will participate in arts and crafts, games, sports, nature, and special events.
- Filed Trips may be available for some age groups.
- Various activities utilize paint, sand, water, and other material which makes the programs fun, and also messy.
- Sneaker type shoes are required as children do a lot of running and action activities (sandals are not acceptable due to safety reasons).
If a program is specified by grade, it is meant for the 2018 -2019 school year - the grade should be the grade they just completed.
